Pulzar · pulzar.fr · Last updated: July 21, 2026

This notice explains how Pulzar handles the information you give us when you fill out our Venue Setup Form or use our services from the United States. Pulzar is operated by Aymeric Guerchon (sole proprietorship, France), reachable at [email protected].

What we collect

Why we collect it

For one purpose only: to set up, run and support your Pulzar system (booking, point of sale, accounting, marketing, mobile app). We do not use this information for anything else.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. No exceptions.

Who processes it

Your data is stored on our infrastructure in Europe (hosting and database providers acting on our instructions). We use service providers for transactional email delivery and, if you choose Stripe, for payment processing: Stripe handles your payment identity checks under its own privacy policy. We only work with providers bound to use your data solely to provide their service to us.

Your team's information

If you add team members to your setup form, you are responsible for informing them first. We process their information solely as your service provider, to create their accounts. Each team member can contact [email protected] to access, correct or delete their information.

How long we keep it

For the life of our business relationship. If you fill out the form but never open an account, we delete your draft and its files 12 months after your last activity. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights (including California)

Wherever you are in the US, and specifically if you are a California resident, you can ask us at any time to:

We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights: same service, same price.

How to make a request: email [email protected] from the address you used on the form (that is how we verify it is you). We respond within 45 days. You can also have an authorized agent make the request for you: we will ask for written proof of the authorization.

Questions

Anything unclear, or a request that does not fit the cases above: [email protected]. For visitors from the European Union, our French privacy policy (RGPD) applies.
