    I've been on Qweekle / Zenchef / Resmio for 3 years. How do I migrate my data?

    CSV export from your current tool (most offer this, otherwise ask support - it's a GDPR right). Upload in Pulzar > Settings > Import. Customers, booking history, gift cards: imported in ~5 min. If your tool doesn't offer export, we'll help you extract it for free. Direct email to [email protected].

    What does it really cost, all in?

    Typical venue (~500 bookings/month): Business £199 + optional Website add-on. No added commission. No Stripe fees on Pulzar's side (Stripe bills you directly, 1.4% + €0.25 per European card, standard). Zero hidden fees, ever.

    0% commission on bookings: how is that economically viable?

    The basic SaaS model: you pay a predictable monthly subscription, not proportional to your success. Qweekle/Zenchef charge commission because it maximizes their revenue on your good months - it's a tax on your success. Pulzar refuses this model. The more you crush it, the more you earn. Period.

    If I want to leave, do I get my data back?

    Yes. Full CSV + SQL export at any time from Settings > Exports. Customers, bookings, POS, accounting, notes. Even after cancellation, 90-day retention before purge so you can download. Zero lock-in, it's written in the ToS.

    GDPR, data hosted in France?

    Hosting: cloud storage (Frankfurt, EU). Application servers: Hetzner Germany. Backups: CDN global EU. 100% EU, no data leaving Europe. DPA available on request. Documented data processing register.

    Support: how long for a real answer?

    My activity is niche (axe-throwing, paintball, padel...). Is Pulzar suitable?

    Yes. Pulzar models "activity" + "resource" + "slot". If your activity fits this pattern (the vast majority of venues open to the public), Pulzar works. Onboarding gets you configured in 10 min: define your activities, resources (lanes, rooms, karts, cabins, treatment rooms...), durations, prices. Example: padel = 4 courts × 90-min slots. Karting = 8 karts × 15-min sessions. Axe-throwing = 6 lanes × 1h.

    Is the AI a gimmick or genuinely useful?

    Useful. Real daily examples: drafting a no-show follow-up email, segmenting customers by frequency, generating the monthly report, creating a contextual promo, sending a group SMS, responding to a press inquiry, finding the best date for a campaign. Try it, and you'll quickly see if it's a gimmick or not.

    Multi-site / franchise: how does it work?

    Ultimate plan. One parent franchise account, child tenants (one per venue). Consolidated view of revenue, KPIs, shared or separate customer profiles (your choice). Each franchisee has their own subdomain, brand identity, POS. The franchisor sees everything and can enforce packages.

    NF525 / POS certification: are you compliant?

    Since the Finance Act 2026 (art. 125), third-party NF525/Infocert certification has been abolished. Back to publisher self-certification. Pulzar self-certifies compliance with the 4 principles: unalterability, security, retention, archiving. Certificate available in your account, downloadable for tax audits.

    On-site payment: why is it forbidden in Pulzar?

    Because no-shows are the number 1 enemy of public venues. Observed in production: without required online payment, ~18% no-shows; with online deposit, ~2%. You can configure a deposit (price of 1 seat) or 100% at booking, per your policy. But "pay on-site, trust me" = burned budget. Extras (bar, food, merchandise) are obviously charged at the physical POS.

    Stripe: is it my account or Pulzar's?

    Your own Stripe account. You connect it via Stripe Connect in 2 clicks at onboarding. Money lands with you directly, no detour through Pulzar. Pulzar never has access to your cash - we only bill subscription fees on our own separate Stripe account.

    Multilingual, multi-currency: possible?

    Yes. FR / EN / ES currently, + others on request. Currencies: EUR, USD, GBP, AUD, CAD native. ZL Fort Worth (US) runs in USD with US taxes. No extra cost.

    How long to be up and running?

    Guided onboarding 10 to 15 min: activities, resources, pricing, Stripe connection, booking widget. First booking test in ~20 min. Full old data migration: one day. Customized website: 2 to 4h. You can open public bookings the next day.

    Who maintains the platform? Updates, new features?
